What are Long Call Options on Tensors?

This vault enables users to go long call options on Teragon Risk-Controlled Strategies. The Tensor's volatility target cheapens the option value by synthetically lowering the volatility level.

Implementation Example

• Teragon GCI 50% Volatility (50vol) Risk-Control Strategy on BSC

• Users deposit BUSD into the vault

• Market makers provide offer quotes for the call option

• If the call option is exercised, then the user receives the notional value of Teragon GCI Index 50vol Risk-Control Strategy vault token

• If the call option is not exercised, users receive their option premium and yield generated on cash as BUSD
